Is it a low elo thing to start forcing when you're fed?

Feeding enemy shut down gold but keeps diving into the middle of the enemy team like a brain dead monkey Some boosted animal tps right into the middle of the enemy team while everyone's just trying to poke and ends up dying is this a thing with fed players in low elo?
