A concern popped into my head after seeing Taeyoon's celebration...

From our perspective, we're like, 'Yes! If we won, we should totally rub it in the other team's face and celebrate a bit,' and celebrations are the privilege of the victor. As long as it doesn't go too far, I think it's a necessary performance for entertainment value... But the problem is we don't know how the other teams will perceive it.

Of course, usually, everyone treats this stuff like WWE, and next time Diablo can crush BFX and celebrate, but... There's a chance teams take it like UFC and hold it against Taeyoon during the stove league.

What I'm trying to say is, after Taeyoon's celebration this time, Nongshim shouldn't penalize him during the offseason. Like, 'Oh? They screwed us over like that before? We won't even look at him during the stove league.' Front offices shouldn't adopt that kind of mindset.

Some might say, 'Eh, then he just shouldn't go to Nongshim,' but that's completely ridiculous. For every player, the more potential teams they can go to, the more leverage and better salary they secure in the offseason. Performance matters, but 'high demand' is also a huge factor in determining market value.

And if these celebrations and transfers keep happening—say Taeyoon moves Nongshim -> BFX -> KT -> DK -> HLE— If Nongshim, BFX, KT, DK, and HLE all decide not to pick up Taeyoon, the remaining teams are T1, GENG, DNS, KRX, BRO. T1 will likely re-sign after Phase's contract ends or try to bring in someone at Viper/Ruler/Guma's level. GENG probably won't let Ruler go. For Taeyoon, DNS, KRX, and BRO will inevitably have gaps compared to the top teams in terms of organizational size, player care, and capital, and their performance outlook will also be shaky.

Naturally, players will go to the teams that 'pay the most' or have a 'strong roster.' So, all the highly-paid players will flock to the top teams, leaving the bottom-tier teams to fill up with promoted rookies or relatively cheaper players. This could make reaching Worlds a struggle or even impossible.

I really hope every LCK team can handle player celebrations maturely without overreacting, fostering a WWE environment between teams. That way, we'll see more celebrations, and they'll become more performance-oriented. If the performance is good, it adds more fun for us watching, and it might even bring in new viewers just to see those performances.
