I always thought this was just an LCK thing — never thought I'd see it at Worlds.
Personally, I think T1 already got their repeat Worlds win, and I'd love to see BDD lift the trophy at least once.
Also, with this year's Worlds theme being "sacrifice" (격희생), it really fits BDD's narrative — sacrificing himself for his team all year long and ultimately helping his teammates grow.
