T1 seriously should not have dropped this game.. lol Viper is a straight up damage machine though his dps is actually insane he's so good at pumping out damage even without any peel or resources HLE was getting outpaced the entire game but then they just won one teamfight, took Baron, and ended it
Viper (HLE Viper) is honestly a bit behind Ruler in terms of laning, survivability, and overall versatility, but when it comes to getting items and somehow squeezing out every bit of damage possible... he's the best in the world.
