OP.GG Community Rules

Hello, this is Galio, the OP.GG Talk administrator. To foster a pleasant community culture, we kindly ask you to read and familiarize yourself with the following rules.

1. Basic Etiquette and Usage Rules (Mandatory Compliance)

1. Mutual Respect
   • Hate speech, parental insults, profanity, defamation, and targeting specific users are prohibited.
   • Trolling, attention-seeking, and spamming are prohibited.
   • Please communicate with respect and consideration for others.
2. ⚠️ Content Restrictions
   • Article 8 of the Information and Communications Review Regulations prohibits all posts that violate it.
   • Sexually suggestive or provocative images/videos, adult content, and illegal recordings are prohibited.
   • Distribution of obscene material is prohibited.
   • Promotion, advertising, and dissemination of personal information outside of OP.GG services are prohibited.
3. No Disputes
   • Content that habitually incites disputes, targets members, or involves in-game unsportsmanlike behavior is prohibited.
   • Such content is only permitted in the Incidents board.
4. Account Management
   • Only one account per person is allowed.
   • Trolling with multiple accounts, using inappropriate nicknames, and manipulating recommendations are prohibited.
5. No Politics
   • All political content (including words and images) is prohibited.
   • Political content is only permitted on the Chatter site.
6. No Cliques
   • Conversations that only certain parties can understand are prohibited.
   • Roleplaying to become a recognized figure.
   • Communicating by mentioning nicknames.
   • Sharing contact information through personal details (game ID, contact info, Discord, open chat room links, etc.).
7. No Service Defamation
   • Actions that disrupt service operations, such as spreading false information or defaming administrators, are prohibited.
   • For service-related inquiries, please use the Help Center.
8. No Format Violations
   • User recruitment posts should be posted on the Find Players board.
   • Political posts should be posted on the Chatter site.
   • In-game disputes and member-targeting posts should be posted on the Incidents board.

2. Additional Rules for the Find Players Board

• Posts that violate game company terms, such as account boosting, monetary transactions, lose-boosting, or using illegal programs, are prohibited.
• Spamming is prohibited (more than 5 posts per page).

3. Exclusions from Popular Posts

1. Posts that violate basic etiquette and usage rules.
2. Posts that have accumulated multiple reports due to notice violations.
3. Posts that solicit recommendations or are suspected of fostering cliques.
4. Posts that contain external links.
5. Sexually suggestive posts:
   • Images that excessively emphasize chest, buttocks, thighs, or facial expressions.
   • Images containing sexually suggestive clothing or poses.
   • Posts containing sexually suggestive keywords.
   • Transparent depiction of specific body parts or exposure of underwear.
   • AI-generated images are also subject to the same criteria.
