Hey guys, need some advice

So after high school I was gonna get a job at some company, right? Then my dad told me to come work under him and he'd help me make a lot of money Company starting salary (200K won) Then I thought it over a bit and was like ah I need to learn a trade So I went to learn (manual labor/day labor) Started at 60K won per day Didn't know any better, I just thought wow is this how it always is? (Looking back I know I was dumb lol) Then I got up to 90K a day Went to the army, came back, started getting 100K By the end I was at 200K a day So I did it for 4 years, yeah? But then we started fighting a lot and I got burnt out, so I quit and left It's been over a month now and he won't pay me the back wages I took on some part-time jobs to get by, but since he's barely sending any money, my phone got cut off, my insurance lapsed and I had to take a penalty payout, I just can't keep going like this What should I say to finally get my money?
