No matter how well you farmed and got your items early, and even if the enemy is Vladimir, the only magic resist item they have is Lee Sin's Maw of Malmortius. I'm not sure about building Executioner's Calling. Rather, since Black Cleaver gives cooldown reduction and attack speed, going Black Cleaver or something like Youmuu's Ghostblade to take down the carries faster would have been a better decision.
